All orders are processed based on product availability:

  • Ready-to-ship items: Processed within 1–3 business days
  • Made-to-order items: Production time is 5–7 business days
  • Large or custom orders: May require additional production time

Orders are processed Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may experience slight delays.

Please note: Total delivery time includes both processing/production time and shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer several shipping options depending on your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–14 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 3–7 business days (selected regions)
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (selected regions)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and courier services.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.


4. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over 299 PLN within Poland.


5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the destination
  • Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer

6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

You can track your shipment through the courier’s website for real-time updates.


7. Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

  • high demand
  • holidays
  • customs processing

We will do our best to keep you informed in case of any delays.


8. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays or lost shipments caused by incorrect or incomplete address details. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible.


9. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost, damaged, or arrives in poor condition, please contact us immediately.

We may request photos of the issue and will work with the courier to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
