At VICASCA, each corset is designed with exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship. We take pride in creating garments that combine structure, elegance, and durability.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns for ready-to-wear corsets within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with European Union consumer protection regulations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

be unworn and unused

be in original condition

include all original tags and packaging

show no signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handcrafted and personalized nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for return or refund.
These include:

custom-size corsets

made-to-measure corsets
-
personalized or altered designs
-
corsets produced according to individual measurements
Custom garments are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection regulations for custom-made goods.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return your item.
Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as VICASCA cannot be responsible for items lost during return transit.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a ready-to-wear corset for another size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a corset that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Sizing Responsibility
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size based on the VICASCA size guide provided on our website.
If you are unsure about sizing, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to placing your order.
Incorrect sizing for custom corsets cannot be refunded.
Handmade Garment Disclaimer
Each VICASCA corset is handcrafted. Minor variations in stitching, fabric placement, or finishing may occur. These variations are part of the artisanal process and contribute to the uniqueness of each piece.
